I reserve the right to request a deposit or prepayment for certain appointments or services.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee as per our cancellation policy.
Late Arrivals:
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened session to accommodate other clients.
Health and Safety:
Please inform me of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment to ensure the safety and effectiveness of our services.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Payment:
Payment for services and products is due at the time of booking or upon completion of your appointment.
I accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other accepted forms of payment as indicated.
Gift Cards and Vouchers:
Gift cards and vouchers purchased from Beauty Aspects Limited are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
They are valid for the specified duration and must be presented at the time of redemption.
Liability:
While I take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, I and Beauty Aspects Limited shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from my services or products.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
